MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) — Alabama Republicans who pushed through the nation's toughest law against illegal immigrants are having second thoughts amid a backlash from big business, fueled by the embarrassing traffic stops of two foreign employees tied to the state's prized Honda and Mercedes plants.
The Republican attorney general is calling for some of the strictest parts of it to be repealed.
Some Republican lawmakers say they now want to make changes in the law that was pushed quickly through the legislature.
Yeah,......big business is worried about 'their' bottom line, not the nation as a whole. Illegal Immigrants cost the average legal working 'joes' billions in increased medical costs and taxes.
The Democratic amnesty machine is always at work.
Anytime you 'think' the Democrats have it right, just think about it for a minute, and most of the time you will realize that it's screwed-up in one form or another.
A little testy today huh, Bobby? It was a bad day for the moronic Democrats yesterday. I'm sure they'll be able to screw-up some more today, just wait.
Bergamot, a member of the mint family, aka Oswego Tea, is the ingredient that gives Earl Grey it's distinctive flavor and aroma. It's also widely used in colognes, especially by Giorgio Armani.
“I’m not ashamed to admit that I’m a Christian, but you don’t need to be in the pew every Sunday to know that there’s something wrong in this country when gays can serve openly in the military but our kids can’t openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school,” Perry says in the ad.
"...our kids can’t openly celebrate Christmas or pray in school,” - Perry once again demonstrates he is totally clueless. The Constitution gives students the right to religious expression including prayer in school. The whole "prayer has been taken out of schools" myth is just propaganda being spread by those who wish to have the govt (ie teachers) force students to pray a certain way which, btw, is a violation of the Constitution. As someone once said: as long as there are algebra tests, there will always be prayer in schools.
I like the music in the background of Perry's video. Perry is wearing a Carhartt jacket-a working man's jacket. I don't think those buckboys are wearing that brand.
I'm still not voting for him. He's too much of a knucklehead.
You can always tell when something is bothering Bobby. He'll post a nasty, hateful picture, or just not give you the time of day. He might even crash the website to make a point.
Hey Bobby, have you given any thought to giving up the moderator business? It seems like it's a little hard on you.
In this case, I doubt if Ricky is "clueless". He knows the truth, but also knows that the fools who support him are the clueless ones and will buy into this lie just as they have been doing for years.
This particular lie is a mainstay of Deb's endless and repetitive propaganda rants on the Journal site.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. – A jury condemned a Connecticut man to death Friday for killing a woman and her two daughters during a night of terror in their suburban home, a crime that evoked comparisons to Truman Capote's "In Cold Blood" with its gruesome details and halted momentum to abolish the death penalty in the state. _____________
Halted the 'death penalty' momentum....oh so now they get it. Morons!

Sounds like the Kat is talking about Obama supporters to me. I've never met a bigger bunch of morons than people that support Obama, particularly at this point.
Appeasement my Ass.

ReplyDeleteThe GOP is holding it's annual "Holiday Party." That must be driving the anti-PC crowd bonkers.
ReplyDeleteThat photo is proof that hanging around Klingons results in bad habits.
ReplyDeleteHeghlu'meH QaQ jajvam
ReplyDeleteSounds good, Gimme two.
ReplyDeleteAnd bring me some Earl Gray motherfucker. Hot.
ReplyDeleteThere's a lot of hate going on in the gay and lesbian community. I think the above photograph is indicative of that.
ReplyDelete"grey"
ReplyDeleteI thought you spelled it wrong.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a spelling bee person though. I go for content. Rush worries about that stuff.

ReplyDeleteI love a cup of darjeeling. Drinking a cup of green tea daily.
ReplyDeleteA Southern Season in Chapel Hill has such a vast variety of teas.
ReplyDeleteI'm more of a coffee guy myself. I do like English Breakfast, though. Earl Grey always left me cold.
ReplyDeleteBA-DA-BUM!

ReplyDeleteMaybe this is what has Bobby all upset.

That's so yesterday.

Now, I see why Bobby is upset.
Hey Bobby, why didn't you just tell us? You knew I'd figure it out eventually.
Apparently, gays can have sex in military showers now with no repercussions. Can you give us any clarity on this issue, Bobby?
ReplyDeleteI guess Bobby won't be voting for Rick Perry.

Bucktooth, if you are representative of what a conservative, or a Republican, is then I will gladly and happily live and die as a Liberal!
ReplyDeleteWhat amuses me is that Buckbracken actually thinks that his ridiculous comments are "winners".
ReplyDeleteJust like his pal Newty...buffoons on the web.
