  1. Went on a farm tour yesterday. Visited a Bison Farm. What magnificent creatures!! Had some award winning Bison Chili. Visited a big Dairy Farm too, 750 head. Watched a cow give birth. The chili was much more appetizing. The dairy farmer explained that 2009 was his worst year ever, lost a lot of money, but proudly now he had built several new buildings and increased the size of his herd. Was going to ask: So you're better off now than you were 3 years ago, but enjoyed a free cup of his strawberry ice cream instead.

  2. Ashe County? Amazing to see that many animals standing around "uncooked".

    1. Person County. Got a little button that says: Support Person Farms. lol, I think we have enough of them already. They are called cities. Here's a I didn't know but Bison used to be native to NC in Person County.

  4. What's amazing is that liberals have the audacity to make fun of Palin, when Nancy Pelosi hardly knows what world she's in.

  5. My favorite is the goat parade. So typical of young goats to walk along a log instead of the level ground.

Mamma Goat (no doubt exhausted): You kids get down here!

Baby Goats: Aw, Mamma, that's too easy!

Mamma Goat: You'll fall off and bust your rumpahs!

    Baby Goats: Naaah!

At least she appears to have plenty of milk, but I'll bet the next time Billy Goat comes nuzzling around she'll have second thoughts, or not, as the case may be. Amnesia makes the world go round.
